A story unlike any other - Madalena is the daughter of internationally renowned police officer, Deputy Chief AJ DeAndrea (retired), turned active shooting survivor, turned school district emergency management specialist, turned recovery and resiliency advocate, turned school district Senior Manager of Strategic Projects, Recovery, and Resiliency.
A proud Colorado native and former student body president at the University of Colorado Boulder, Madalena is passionate about empowering individuals and communities with the mindsets and tools needed to build resiliency even in the face of life’s uncertainties.
